Walking In Christ Jesus or The Walking Dead

Teaching By Minister/Pastor T.T

Thanatology

Thanatology is the scientific study of death and the losses brought about as a result. It investigates the mechanisms and forensic aspects of death, such as bodily changes that accompany death and the postmortem period, as well as wider psychological and social aspects related to death

John 11:21-27

Martha then said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.

Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You.”

Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise from the dead.

Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”

She said to Him, “Yes, Lord; I have come to believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, and He who comes into the world.”

Jesus speaks about 2 Deaths

And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Hebrew-meod-abundantly, all, seriously, severely, Violently

Greek-dianoia- understanding, intellect, mind, insight

Soul-psoo-khay’- the vital breath, breath of life, the human soul, the soul as the seat of affections and will, the self, a human person, an individual. The soul is the direct aftermath of God breathing (blowing) His gift of life into a person, making them an ensouled being.

Body– sóma- body, flesh; the body of the Church

God breathes life

Genesis 2:7

Then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living person.

1 Corinthians 15:5

So also it is written: “The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING PERSON.” The last Adam was a life-giving spirit.

Living-zaó- I live, am alive

Life -giving Spirit-zóopoieó- I make that which was dead to live, cause to live, quicken.

Romans 5:12-15

Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all mankind, because all sinned

for until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not counted against anyone when there is no law.

Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the violation committed by Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

But the gracious gift is not like the offense. For if by the offense of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many.

1Spiritual Death (separation from God in time

Genesis 2:9

Out of the ground the LORD God caused every tree to grow that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Tree of Life– chay- alive, living

Gen.2:16-17

The LORD God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may freely eat;

but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for on the day that you eat from it you will certainly die.”

Eph.2:1-7

1:And you were dead in your offenses and sins, in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all previously lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Dead-nekros-“a corpse, a dead body”) – what lacks life” not able to respond to impulses, or perform functions (“unable, ineffective, dead, powerless,” unresponsive to life-giving influences (opportunities); inoperative to the things of God.

Colossians 2:13-15

13 And when you were dead in your wrongdoings and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our wrongdoings, 14 having canceled the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. 15 When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him.

Disarmed– ap-ek-doo’-om-ahee- , “away from,” “go down and completely away from”) – “completelystrip off,” thoroughly renounce

Wages of Sin is Death

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Death-than’-at-os- death, physical or spiritual

Separation from life

Lifezōḗ – life (physical and spiritual). All life throughout the universe, is derived – i.e. it always (only) comes from and is sustained by God’s self-existent life. The Lord intimately shares His gift of life with people, creating each in His image which gives all the capacity to know His eternal life.

2Physical Death (the separation of the soul from the body.

Eccl. 12:6-7

6:Remember your Creator before the silver cord is broken and the golden bowl is crushed, the pitcher by the spring is shattered and the wheel at the cistern is crushed; then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it.

Comment

Be loosed – The termination of life is signified generally by the snapping of the silver cord by which the lamp hangs from the ceiling; by the dashing in pieces of the cup or reservoir of oil; by the shattering of the pitcher used to bring water from the spring; and by the breaking of the wheel by which a bucket is let down into the well. Others discern in the silver cord, the soul which holds the body in life; in the bowl, the body; and in the golden oil.

Psalm 103:15-16

As for mortals, their days are like grass; they flourish like a flower of the field; for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more.

Romans 7:24-25

24:Wretched man that I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?

25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.

1 Corinthians 15:22-26

22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming, 24 then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to our God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be abolished is death.

3The Second Death (the perpetuation of spiritual death into eternity

Revelation 20:6

Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him for a thousand years.

Rev. 20:11-15

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them.

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds.

And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them; and they were judged, each one of them according to their deeds.

Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.

And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Dead-nek-ros- dead, lifeless, subject to death, mortal, a dead body, a corpse

Hadeshádēs the “unseen place,” referring to the (invisible) realm in which all the dead reside, i.e. the present dwelling place of all the departed (deceased); Hades.

Death-than’-at-os- death, physical or spiritual

Separation from life

Proverbs 1:24-25

24 Because I called and you refused,
I stretched out my hand and no one paid attention;

25 And you neglected all my advice
And did not want my rebuke;

26 I will also laugh at your disaster;
I will mock when your dread comes,

27 When your dread comes like a storm
And your disaster comes like a whirlwind,
When distress and anguish come upon you.

28 Then they will call on me, but I will not answer;
They will seek me diligently but will not find me,

29 Because they hated knowledge
And did not choose the fear of the Lord.

30 They did not accept my advice,
They disdainfully rejected every rebuke from me.

31 So they shall eat of the fruit of their own way,
And be filled with their own schemes.

Matthew 10:28

28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Believers Death:

1 Corinthians 15:50-58

50 Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Behold, I am telling you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 But when this perishable puts on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written: “Death has been swallowed up in victory. 55 Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?” 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law; 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Swallowed up-katapinó- I drink down, swallow, devoured, destroyed , consumed, counted obsolete

John 19:30

Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.

Finished-teleó- to bring to an end, complete, fulfilled, I end, completely finished, I fulfill, accomplish, I pay.

Jesus examined– Physically, Trivial of His Soul, The Wrath Of God

1 Thessalonians 4:13-17

13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as indeed the rest of mankind do, who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead, so also God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. 15 For we say this to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first17 Then we who are alive, who remain, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.

Uniformed/ignorant-agnoeó-I do not know, am ignorant of (a person, thing, or fact), sometimes with the idea of willful ignorance.

Gospel Hindi Song translated to English

The meanings are much much deeper in the Hindi language.

Hindi is a very beautiful language and really expresses the deepness of words when praising The Lord.

Just think of the cost for these young people, leaving Hinduism, Sikhism, Islam and however many other false Indian religions, how their expressions and voices show the joy of coming to the saving Grace of Christ 🙏🏼❤️

🎼 Hoe so far and deeply far I was away from GOD, how wide was the separation,

How deep & far away I was from God;

Hurt & confused, I looked up to heaven

In my despair, I called upon YOUR NAME,

YOU removed my pride YOU filled my heart with your precious love

YOU fulfilled every promise to me;

JESUS CHRIST YOU ALONE ARE MY HOPE!

Who could have thought that such an amazing grace would be available to me in such boundless measure;

THE KING of KINGS, left HIS majesty to embrace my sins & my shame

Through The Cross I have received forgiveness;

I now belong to that KING

Oh my SAVIOUR, I am yours now

Oh JESUS CHRIST YOU are my absolute HOPE

Oh Lord All Praise is Yours

YOU defeated the power of death , broke every chain

My freedom is in YOUR Name

Oh Jesus Christ YOU are my HOPE & GLORY;

That Morning came

ALL Promises Fulfilled

The lifeless body breathed again!

In The silence YOU proclaimed loudly

Oh death, oh grave where is your victory!

Oh Lord Jesus Praises to Your Name Forever!!!

(These words are repeated)

Sister Kam

Hallelujah 🙏🏼
